Seriously... It is definitely WHITE out there. Why can't we all just stay snuggled at home? Real life? Pfft...I could last a week without leaving the house.
Can I?? ^.^
So hey there! It's been a little bit. This past weekend was busy because I went down to Lethbridge for my Grandpa's funeral. It was a very nice service, great to see everyone (okay, and the food was delicious...). Grandpa J...you will be missed.
(Sorry we weren't able to get together W).
Other than this...life has been going on pretty regularly.
George is still adorable, annoying, and is getting bigger! He got his last set of booster shots and his rabies shot on Tuesday night. He is still not a fan, but can you blame him?? He's all back to his crazy self now :)
(Little does he know, his next visit to the vet will be right before Christmas to get fixed - poor George!)
While I was looking the above photo up, look what I found!
Awwww~! Apparently these cute little fuzz balls happened after a cat got spayed?
My thoughts? Well if this is the result, clearly all cats should be spayed ;)
Anyways, that's it! Not a lot going on yo.
What's up with you? What did YOU get up to last weekend?
I'm glad another weekend is almost here :)
Toodles for meow :)!
(photos were just taken from google images, as per ush)
Sometimes I just feel like rambling. Oddly enough, I'm more likely to share things here than to write a journal. So here we gooo....

Kitty kitty
Alrighty...so I mentioned about making something a post of it's own - here it is!
When I went down to Lethbridge, my mom told me there was a random cat on the deck. So I ran up and sure enough... a cute, cuddly cat! :3
This cat did have a collar, and it seemed so needy and just wanted continuous attention. So either this cat is usually ignored, or very spoiled and wants attention all the time!
I played with kitty for a while...but eventually I went in and after a couple of hours, he must've found his way home. I wondered if he might return (because I actually did give him milk!), but my mumsie has said she hasn't seen him since.
Oh well.
Miss you kitty! (Now to get one of my own...)

Jeez.
It's actually difficult to get on here after being gone for a bit. Where do you start back up? Do people even want me to post?
I guess what it all comes down to is...I don't care :D It's my bloggy and I'll do what I want to!
Alright, so I went up to Lethbridge and there were a few things I wanted to share from there. One I'll share in it's own post (for ease of putting up pictures). SO! (Oh my stomach just gurgled...breaky time! I brought a yogurt and berry bowl - delish~!). Back to Lethbridge. I was down there for a few days. Visited some family, got wedding invitations out (thank goodness), and got some help from my aunt on my wedding dress (oh and ran a few errands).
Anyways, I've needed to go down there for a bit...so it was nice to get that taken care of. Though I, unfortunately, didn't get to see W this time around as she was busy with work. Next time!
Other than that...still getting wedding planning done (PS. that's happening in like a month and a half hey *.*). And still looking for apartments! We decided (I think?) that it may be a little too difficult, time wise, to buy a house this year. So I've been searching and setting up appointments and seeing a lot of rental properties. Needlesstosay, we've basically run out of time for finding something (decent) for the beginning of June and are more looking for the beginning of July.
Problem with that? Well... my lease is up in the next couple days here at my present apartment. So measures needed to be taken; 80% of my stuff is now in a storage locker (waiting patiently to be moved into a home). The rest of my stuff (food) will need to go to someones home. Other than that, it's basically just my mattress and clothing which I will be taking out to Strathmore for a month to live with my sister and her family!
So I'm Strathmore bound tomorrow night! The rest of my time has been taken up, for the most part, by cleaning the apartment for moving out. It looks so empty and clean. I'll miss it in some ways.
The last thing I'm going to say about myself...I did one of the 'Insanity' workouts (by Beachbody) this morning. Have you done them? There's no other way of putting it...they're INSANE. I did the 'Plyometric Cardio Circuit', and I was dying....sweating, panting, collapsing, dying. Dying. It was difficult. But I was so proud of myself in the end :D Go me!
Other things worthy of mention, wouldn't be in regards to me...
1. Scott is coming home tonight! He's been gone for 2 weeks and goodness it'll be good to see him again...
2. Francesca and Benifred get married this Friday... AH! That's also INSANE. But exciting :) Congratulations.
So the summary of this post? Things are going pretty alright...they're moving forward and life is still good.
Anything new? What did I miss?
Toodles for meow :)!
(now to my yogurt and berries...)

Hmm...
This is just a post to let you know I won't be putting up a "real" post today.
It was May Long Weekend...I visited family down in the bridge.
I have a couple things I could talk about, but am just not feeling it today. Soon enough pretties. Soon enough.
How was your Long Weekend?

So.
You'd think I have some amazing stories to tell you as I've been gone for pretty well a week...but...well, I don't! Scott and I went to see his parents and family (which was a good trip, nice to meet some more of his family -- plus they're all seemingly awesome).
Sunday we headed down to Lethbridge for a few days as one of my sisters are up from Texas (the one I was visiting in this post). So we got to spend a lot of time with my family as well which was fun :) (I also got to run a few errands while down in Lethbridge, which is always nice).
So today, it was back to work...just in time for HUMP DAY! That probably calls for some ice cream ;) (Not that every other day doesn't...)
But ya, there hasn't really been all that much excitement in my life as of lately. Mainly preparing for the wedding and looking forward to winter being gone for good!
Here's a few memories in my phone that I hadn't shared with you yet...

Here's a few memories in my phone that I hadn't shared with you yet...

The chosen pants! Yes rainbows definitely indicate that...

Mini eggs and such. I love Easter :D
Has anyone tried those Choco Eggs yet? (I think they're chocolate cream eggs or something?)

These shoes I got for the Halloween I turned 18 (pretty well 3.5 years ago). I was being a rockstar (whatever that means...). I got a bit of wear out of them, not a ton. Anyways, I realized I actually had no desire to wear them ever again and no one in my family wanted them...so to the thrift store they went! I'm sure they'll make some straight up G quite happy.

One of the most stupid photos of a person you've ever seen? I agree...
Anyways, Lethbridge has an iHop! (Calgary doesn't even have an iHop) :(
So naturally, Scott and I had to go! There was a long line up...but it was well worth it. Yum~!
I got French Toast, and tried their array of syrups :3
Ta ta for meow :)

I just can't do it...
So HEY!
Ya...it's been awhile but I got caught up in life and keeping Lambie amused ;) She has now left...so safe journeys and I shall miss you!
So it's been back to reality here lately. Got back from Lethbridge Wednesday night, so it was back to work (and lots of catch up to do) on Thursday. Then Lambie flew out on Friday and now I'm left all to my lonesome! Wait...didn't I have friends at one point?? Shoot.
Maybe I should get back on that.
One thing I do miss, however, is my fine fellow! He's been gone for a couple weeks now and probably has another week left to go. :( But the good news is...he should be back for quite a while this time :D
I've gotten back on the working out in the morning train. You didn't know that was a train? Well, it is...it's just kind of an unpleasant one which I probably wouldn't recommend at this point. ;) But things can change?
There are a couple nice things about it though...1. It gives you kind of a boost of energy for the day (or sucks you dry...) and 2. It gives you time in the evening after work to do as you please (you know, hang out with all the friends...that are....somewhere around here...).
Major con of it all -- Less sleep. You know how much I love sleep and this schedule shaves about an hour and a half off of the already precious sleeping time. But maybe it's worth it??
But in all actuality, it's going alright so far ;)
So, when I was younger I used to like bananas (when I was 4/5ish). But I found out my sister (whom I looked up to) didn't like them so I decided I didn't either, and stopped eating them. The past few years, I've tried eating bananas again because well, they're great for you and they're cheap! But I just can't do it! I tried again, just this morning...it always goes the same way.
I took a bite and thought 'Alright, I can do this...it's not so bad'
But as I go further it becomes 'I don't know about this...I'm not even quite halfway'
Halfway...'Just do it! You can do this! Power through!'
Just past half way is when the gagging starts (and yes...I seriously gag)
3/4...'I'm done...I'm never doing this again'
I try! Really I do! I just can't do it... :(
I can eat banana bread and have bananas in smoothies and such. But their texture is just so squishy and foul. So no bananas for me, thanks.
And that's all for now. What's up world? Any stories or tidbits or excitement??
Toodles for meow :)!
MUSIC MOMENT DOWN HERE...
Alright, So lately I've really been liking THIS song. It's called Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye. He has such a soothing voice and it's so catchy... Really, I could listen to it again and again (and I totally do...). BUT! Lately this cover has been floating around. It's pretty awesome as well! Jeez....who'd have thought so many people could play a guitar...
I find even just this video so amusing.
The guy on the left doing the percussion...he's so in his own world, he doesn't sing or look at the camera.
The chick, has such a sweet and pretty voice.
The guy in the middle tries to close his eyes to keep himself from looking at the camera. But he does keep looking and you catch him trying to suppress a grin a couple of times. And when he gets to the high part of the chorus, he lifts his eye brows :)
The main singer, well...he's just good. Has a nice rough sounding voice.
And the guy on the end is so essential! You flick those little strings man!
I love it :)!
(Ya, I'm weird...what of it?)

Blue skies and smooth sailing!
Why hello there~! It's been a few days...I've missed you too!
(hugs all around, kissy face and all that) ;3
I'm quite unsure as to the reasoning...but my blog is just not cooperating.
It won't align left - so center you get!
It's bugging me :(
Oh well...
SO! As I believe I told you, Lambie is in town! And this weekend we decided to go on an adventure (we both had a few things to get done down here).
So our day all started out with laying around not leaving the house!
Just kidding...that's just my dream day {just kidding, sort of... >.>}
So our day started off with a road trip! And boy, was it a pretty drive!
Nice scenery, decent weather, good tunes, great company and just overall fun times.
Lambie and I~! :D
Not to mention she has a pretty sweet rental vehicle...Lincoln MKX!
And this was the view for most of the drive.
The mountains were so so clear!
And now, here's to a few days off of work ;)
What did you all get up to on your weekends?
What's new out there world??!
Ciao for meow :)!
