DONE

With life. Juuuussssst kidding! Scott and I finished the Lord of the Rings Extended Edition trilogy last night. It's been a long journey, and we got busy for a while. But mission accomplished.

I love those movies but dang...they really have a lot of lame moments.


Have you noticed that Frodo ALWAYS seems to have a stupid look on his face?

I rest my case...

I found a few random things that go along with Lord of the Rings...

That part with Bilbo is really scary D:

But then... Gandalf the White! And he does "come to you now at the turn of the tide". ;)

Haha. Awesome. That would sure change things in the movie.

And then poor Scott had some troubles getting into his sweater - how precious :3

Photo Journey of Banff (part 2)

Most of these pictures were taken on the last day (Monday) before leaving. A couple were taken in our adventures through the hotel.
We slept in, got ready, loaded up the truck, and wandered around taking pictures. (I mainly wandered around looking at the pretty scenery and enjoying that the sun was out, Scott is more the picture taker {aka...photographer I suppose}) ;)

But these are a few of the shots I took!

By no means my favorite...it's just a picture. It's difficult to arrange the photos after putting them up, and that's why they're in an extremely random order ;)

Anyways, it was a great trip and a fantastic weekend. Thanks Scott!

Since being back, it's been work, eating?, and we watched the first half of the third Lord of the Rings (Return of the King). We will finish eventually!

Lord of the Rings

Alright, so last night we went to Brava - so delish! Crispy Crackling Chicken with Mac and Cheese and carrots. You don't even know, it's so good.

Afterwards we headed back to fine fellow's place for some ice cream and to finish the second half of the 2nd Lord of the Rings. (I quote these movies far too much...soon no one will want to watch them with me :< ) But ah, The Two Towers has so many good parts! One day I'll be an Ent...you'll see!

All in all a great evening!

Ya ya, I'm here

Today was one of those mornings you know...

There's not much motivation to get out of bed most mornings...let alone a MONDAY!


My apologies, I was kind of MIA for a few days there. But never fear - I have returned!

So weekend and such. Fine fellow and I hung out for...well basically the whole thing ;) Watched some extended edition Lord of the Rings, perused the mall, got him a haircut (which looks nice :D ), and celebrated a pseudobirthday (for fine fellow) by having a feast of roast beast followed by delicious cake. It was so good :3

How was your weekend? What's new in your world?

One positive thing has resulted from today. On the way to work I saw this and suddenly I knew...all my clothing worries would be solved for the remainder of my days.
