As in day 7 (and it's just an awesome number really. Why? I don't really know...) and 18 days til Christmas! And let me just say that today its looking like Christmas outside D: oh noes...
So last night my sleep was utterly glorious midst my plethora of pillows :3 sadly it had to come to an end...
Anyways, after I went to the gym last night...I decided some groceries were needed. If you haven't learned this lesson yet, learn it now - never go grocery shopping when starved...never!
Needless to say, a lot of unnecessary purchases were made because they seemed oh so necessary at the time. Oh well, live and learn (and buy delicious things! ;>)
I believe that's the excitement of this day. So I bid you adieu!

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME -- Scarves...I don't know what I think of them. Sure they're warm and cozy and I think they look just fine and maybe it's just me but they always seem to be itchy! (not to mention you're giving someone a weapon to strangle you with...just saying...)

A feast indeed
Day 6 with 19 days til Christmas!
So the Christmas feast yesterday was delicious! Turkey/ham dinner with all the fixin's! And apple pie AND a hot chocolate bar ;) needless to say, I came home COMPLETELY stuffed! So good.
I've been trying to go to bed at a decentish time lately, so last night I ended up going to bed around 11:30. Just as I drifted into a sweet slumber I got a call from my dad (about quarter to 12) and it was so confusing! I thought it was my alarm going off and I was annoyed because I felt so tired and how could it be morning already??
Anyways all is well...but I didn't seem to be able to sleep very well after that

Other than that, today has been pretty standard. It got kind of warm again earlier and then ended up getting cold by the end of the day. Why you no stay chinook?!?
*sigh* well...with the fellow being gone (I miss you...), I was able to get back into my more standard routine and got myself to the gym! Which was nice but left me completely famished and exhausted. Needless to say, I'm right pooped!
So until tomorrow...

What a Monday ._.
Welllll...happy Monday! Times at the office are...well...interesting. The roads weren't terrible today and my doors weren't even that bad :o?!? But I've gotten through this Monday relatively unscathed! (so far ._.) Day 5! 20 days til Christmas!!
Yesterday I wanted to make cookies...but then I decided against it and just had ice cream instead ;) one of these days, cookies will be made!
Or homemade ice cream! Did I tell you I got an ice cream maker?? :D it's delicious!
Today I realized one of my tires were...well...quite flat, sooo I filled it up with what seemed like a suitable amount of air??(I have no tire pressure gauge!!)
So tonight is the ward christmas party so there's a feast in store :D I'll give a report on how it goes tomorrow!
And with that, I shall call it a day!

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME -- I eat really fast! So I have a tendency to over eat very quickly and very easily...thus leaving me extremely overly full and in a food coma. That's likely about to happen... Cheers to that!

Sunday Sunday
Well here we are on day 4...21 days til Christmas. It's been a good Sunday! Tons of snow on the ground, but it's still beautiful out! Just make sure you drive safe (I'm speaking to myself here as well).
This morning I went to open my car door when alas they were all frozen!
I tried to get in through my trunk, but I couldn't find a lever or anything to grant me entrance into the backseat D:
So after much struggle I eventually thought to use a big metal rod to pry open the door and SUCCESS! At least it wasn't too cold out. I was half an hour late for church...but what can you do??
Anyways, tonight is the Christmas devotional fireside! If you can - go! It's always fantastic and Christmas music is awesome!

RANDOM FACT ABOUT ME -- I generally take a long time to get ready...it seems like no matter how much or little time I have, I always manage to fill it. Oh well!
Ps...Starbucks has some pretty tasty mint hot chocolate right now ;) I've also heard they have white hot chocolate?? :o

Day 2!
So here I am...day 2...23 days til Christmas. And that's basically all I have to say. Seriously D: ...
Hmm, well, the weekend is here - yay! And I guess I could do a 5 things Friday? But what on...what on I say?!?!..?!..!(?)
5 Things Friday...warmth edition!
The best sources of heat..
1. Snuggling! Let's be serious, snuggles are awesome.
2. Fire, sire. Love fires...especially fireplaces inside homes in the winter. So delightfulsome :)
3. Sun! The sun is glorious...which is why I love summer, but alas it's not always around ;(
4. Blankies. Cozy cozy blankets. I could lay in bed allllll day just to stay cozylicious. (also layers and/or sweatpants and such)
5. Heaters in the home. Well...they do what they're supposed to. When I was younger, I used to hover by the heat vent for warmth. But my favorites have always been fire and blankies!
What's your favorite method of getting warm??

Happy December!
So time has slipped away from me yet again and here we are in December. Craziness. Christmas will be here before we know it because the countdown is on! (24 days til Christmas)
I've decided I'm going to try to get on here everyday this month...I know it's quite the goal, but I'll try nonetheless! Go team Trudy! �� (where the heck did these little symbols come from??)
So I believe I told you last time...that I've finally upgraded to an iPhone! So my blog today is brought to you straight from her! It makes it a lot easier to show you pictures! And todays picture is perfectly suiting of December 1st! First off, advent calendar...hello! Second...kinder! Need I say more ;)
So what I've been up to lately is basically hanging out with my fellow (yes the same one, it's been 2 months now!). He's been home from work for the past 2 weeks which has been awesome...but sadly, he goes back to work this Sunday :(
Lambie, my sister, and her recent FIANCÉ(!) have just recently moved to Aberdeen, Scotland! So I've definitely been missing her...but I'm excited and happy that she's able to go on these adventures :)
