Until Valentine's Day of course ;) The universal day of love (though I'm not entirely sure why we need a day dedicated to giving someone gifts...we should just give flowers and chocolate and love EVERYDAY) :3

So basically, I went outside to go for a grand adventure of a walk today, only to be surprised by a small dumping of snow. Sure, it's not a big deal...but I already had capris on! So I decided I was going to suck it up, and it probably wasn't for the best...I think I almost got frost bite D: (at least the sun is back out now...).

So, I'm going to leave it at that and let this picture speak for itself...

Sometimes, after I wash my hands, I'm too lazy to use a towel...so I used my bed instead? Not sure where the logic in that is -.-

So last night, I got to sit on some babies! But basically, I just went out to hang out with some of my nieces/ nephew, eat dinner, party on and go to bed early while they stayed up x)
But in my defense, I did have to work this morning...

Anyways, I took this picture a couple days ago and I thought it looked kind of snazylicious (whatever that means...).

First February Friday

Alliteration! And a laggy computer :(

Anyways, last night I was watching a movie...because well, I just didn't feel like being productive. :D It was called Trust, and it was about a teenage girl who goes into a chat room and starts becoming close to/developing a crush for a boy (who she thinks is her age). Eventually, he tells her he's actually 20...he didn't want to say it at first in case it scared her. She's fine with that. Then later on, he tells her he's actually 25...and at first she's a little upset and is wondering why he keeps lying to her but he sweet talks his way out of it. Anyways, they eventually end up meeting and he's like 35/40ish and she's totally creeped out at first, but then he tells her age shouldn't matter because they're soul mates! She ends up getting raped and then she doesn't really hear from him again. Moral of the story? Don't get raped. But really...be careful with online business. It can be sketchy... And I wouldn't recommend this movie. It was kind of dry to be honest. But now you don't have to watch it anyways because I already gave you the morals ;)

Just some random things I'm liking today...

1. Packages that come in the mail and are kind of exciting! Or any mail really....don't you love getting letters? :3 I'll talk about the package in another post though ;)

2.Zippo hand warmers! They sound a little bit awesome actually.... you fill it with lighter fluid, light the little burner, put the cap on, put it in a little pouch, and there you have it! Up to 12 hours of hand warmingly delightful heat :3 (or bum if you put it in your back pocket :D)

(I know you can get them on amazon...or perhaps MEC?)

3. It's a leap year! And that's pretty awesome...as it only comes every 4 years (I think?) :D


4. This song. Red Hot Chili Peppers - Monarchy of Roses. It's a good song...quite catchy in my opinion ;) (I was going to have a link to the actual music video...but I found it weird. So instead, you get to watch this creepy fly on a pill...so much better, hey??)


5. Wiener dog! It's so cute and little and I think I need one right now :3 Every wiener dog should probably come with the appropriately sized bun costume to...
1. stay warm (totally logical right?)
2. look completely adorable (the real reason)

Balzac Billy

So today is Groundhog Day (however accurate that is...)! And Balzac Billy apparently saw his shadow, which means there's 6 weeks of winter left (I don't even understand how it works...)? Not that winter has been terrible lately (please don't dump on us now D: ).

Then again, if Balzac Billy looks anything like this beast...I think he'd see his shadow anywhere.

I tried to tell my brother that Groundhog Day is a holiday...so day off, with pay (of course). He just wouldn't believe me for some strange reason.

Hump Day!

Here we are again at Hump Day! What else would one call a Wednesday?? (Besides Wednesday...)

The time of the week where you let yourself die out or you power through! Can we do it? Yes we can! (Maybe)

So today I was leaving the bank when I saw this tree waving hello! It's wishing us a happy hump day and is encouraging us all on (that's what it told me to pass on to you, trust me...I know) ;).
